The kitchen line was born out of an the idea of combining the craftsmanship of knives made in Giagu’s workshop with the craftsmanship of every individual culinary creations by chefs in the kitchen.
Starting from the original shapes of traditional work knives, we strive to meet the new needs of haute cuisine, offering customizable knives according to each chef specific needs.
Modifications include a study of the most suitable materials for the intended use, with particular attention to the proportion between the handle and the chef’s hand to ensure an ergonomic grip and a unique balance.
In addition to traditional kitchen models, more trendy models are also made in Giagu’s workshop, such as bottle sabers, brazier knives and oyster knives.
