Every knife is covered by a ten-year warranty for all ordinary use of a knife.
Free sharpening for life
If the knife needs re-sharpening or re-polishing, we do it ourselves, free of charge for all our clients. You can bring the piece in person or send it to us.
Case and paper certificate
Every piece arrives with its own case, a paper certificate signed by the family, the technical sheet of materials, and instructions for its care over time.
What the warranty does NOT cover
Improper use (drops, impacts, cutting materials the knife is not designed for), and alterations or repairs carried out by third parties.
