Pattada is the knife-making village par excellence, with roots that run deep. Blades were forged here as far back as the Nuragic age — the bronze finds across the territory still bear witness to it. That the village sits on a mineral seam is no accident: there is record of mining here as far back as the seventeenth century. From that same period come the first forms that would carry the village’s name around the world, with its unmistakable myrtle-leaf blade — the Corrina fixed blade, the Corrina folding and the Resolza.
