The Sardinian sword.
This Leppa e Chintu is the exact reproduction of one of the historic Leppas of the 1800s on display at the Museo Culter.
A 48 cm blade, 60 cm in all, handle in mouflon horn with natural grooves and brass rivets. Technically among the most complex pieces the maison makes, for size and workmanship: tempering a blade this long and arched calls for very precise thermal control.
A museum piece for a private collection.
