AISI 420C
Chromium stainless steel, balance between hardness and corrosion resistance. The maison's standard for everyday use.
The wind of the coasts and the heights.
The wind is another defining trait of our island: from the coasts to the high mountains, its movement is with us all year round. This trait inspired the Elica patent, shaped to recall, faithfully, the blades of a propeller turned by the wind itself.
A folder with a 12.5 cm blade, double-ground at the point. An ergonomic handle that ensures a fine grip.
Handle and blade meet here in a perfectly mirrored, sinuous line that lends the knife a sense of perpetual movement.
Each piece is unique. Below, some exemplars realized by the workshop — every combination of materials is a starting point for a new commission.
Write to us from this page with the model reference already filled in. We will guide you through materials, proportions and timing of your piece - by commission, never from a catalogue.
Every example of this model can be personalised with any material — steels, woods, horns, ivories, precious metals. The combinations below are the ones the maison's devotees choose most often, offered here as inspiration.
