The Giagu Classics move through the history of Sardinian knife-making with a contemporary eye. Two models trace their arc: the Foggia Antica, with the broad blade of older workmanship, made for the hunt and for work, and the Foggia Nuova, its reinterpretation — a softer, more modern profile.

Each is made by hand, to commission. Materials and finishes are chosen together, one conversation at a time — because here a knife is not bought. It is commissioned.
